Privacy Notice

STL Contractor Hub is operated by Nfinier, LLC. In this notice, the “STL Guide Network” includes STL Contractor Hub, STL Home Project Guide, STL Concrete Guide, STL Drainage Guide, and current or future category-specific, affiliated, or sister sites operated by Nfinier, LLC. We collect information submitted in contractor applications or during network participation, including contact and business identity, services, territories, project preferences, capacity, qualifications, insurance and license status, references, review links, communications, consent choices, lead disposition, estimates, hiring, project completion, and referral-payment information. We may also collect device, browser, referral, campaign, log, and site-usage data.

Use and verification

We use information throughout the STL Guide Network to review applications, communicate with applicants, verify or request business information and documentation, determine network fit, route opportunities, administer relationships, calculate or verify referral obligations, monitor referral quality, investigate complaints, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We may review public records and profiles; contact references, applicants, participating providers, and consumers; and request records reasonably related to qualification, compliance, referral attribution, estimates, hiring, work performed, completion, or payment. Depending on the purpose, requested records may include licenses, certificates of insurance, W-9 information, references, estimates, contracts, invoices, proof of payment, permits, completion records, and customer confirmation.

Sharing and technology providers

We may use and share relevant contractor and participation information among Nfinier, LLC and the current and future sites in the STL Guide Network; with consumers considering or using a provider; and with vendors supporting hosting, forms, email, CRM, analytics, communications, document collection, verification, payments, security, and operations. These currently include OpenAI Sites, which supports site publishing and management, and Cloudflare, which supports site delivery and security; and Zoho, which provides form and email services and stores submitted applications and related messages. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate suspected misconduct, enforce agreements, during a business transaction, or at your direction.

Analytics and cross-site measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, viewed pages, referring sources, device information, navigation between STL Guide Network sites, form starts, and completed requests or applications. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, project descriptions, application answers, or other form-field contents to Google Analytics through our configured events.

Accuracy and sensitive records

Applicants and providers must keep business information current and provide only information they are authorized to disclose. Customer-related documents should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and redacted to remove Social Security numbers, bank and payment-card information, and unrelated personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, operate and document the network relationship, administer and verify referrals, maintain consent and compliance records, calculate and support fees or accounting, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type, relationship status, and legal requirements.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, investigation, security matter, or legal hold. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to routine backup and archival processes.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us with questions or requests concerning your information. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law; see our Privacy Choices page for instructions. We may retain information as permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, referral verification, accounting, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

Security and processing locations

We and our service providers use safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
