Privacy Choices

Applicants and participating providers can use this page to ask a privacy question, request access to or correction or deletion of information associated with them, or report a concern about contractor, referral, or consumer information.
How to submit a request
Email info@stlcontractorhub.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Identify the business and contact information used in the application and explain the request. Do not email Social Security numbers, payment-card information, government identification, unredacted customer documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify authority, identity, and the applicable records. We will evaluate and respond as required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for qualification, security, fraud prevention, referral verification, consent records, disputes, legal claims, accounting, or other legal obligations.
Participation records
Some information may be needed to evaluate or administer network participation. A privacy request does not override a provider agreement, legal requirement, active investigation, or recordkeeping obligation.

Email info@stlcontractorhub.com. We will not discriminate against an applicant or provider for making a good-faith privacy request, although deleting information needed for participation may affect whether participation can continue.
