When a lead is offered
- Accept or decline promptly based on territory, scope, availability, and project fit.
- Identify the company and explain that the consumer submitted a request through an STL Guide Network site.
- Use the information only for the submitted project and never sell or redistribute it.
- Do not imply endorsement, exclusivity, guaranteed pricing, or guaranteed availability.
After contact
Providers may be asked to report whether contact occurred, an appointment or estimate was scheduled, the provider was hired, and work was completed. Outcome reporting supports lead quality, billing verification, and network improvement.
Estimates and conduct
Provide honest written estimates, communicate material changes, comply with applicable laws and permits, protect customer information, and address complaints promptly. Participation may be paused or ended if standards are not maintained.
