Business information
- Legal business name, DBA, structure, address, website, and primary contact
- Years in business, crew model, project-size range, and current availability
- Service categories, counties, cities, ZIP codes, and travel limits
Qualification readiness
- Current general liability insurance and workers’ compensation when required
- Applicable trade and municipal licenses
- Customer references and representative completed work
- Google Business Profile, portfolio, and review-profile links
- Ability to provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance if requested
Do not upload tax identifiers, bank information, driver’s licenses, or unredacted customer financial information through the initial application.
